With changes in lifestyle and livelihood, the COVID-19 pandemic has taken a toll on the mental health of many around the world. Local mental health enterprise, Antoinette Patterson from Safe Space, shared that there is an increasing number of “healthy” individuals developing signs of anxiety and depression due to the prolonged battle against COVID-19.
