The Convergence - On Local Films

With the overwhelming support for South Korean film Parasite, which made a successful cultural breakthrough into the world through the Oscars, it is perhaps time to reflect on the value of our local films that continue to get outshined and displaced by foreign films. As the significance of our local films continues to diminish, it is up to us to make that difference and take pride in our talent like in South Korea.
